Cindy Cherry

Cindy was born and raised in Montreal, and went to McGill University, completing a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Communications.  Cindy moved to Ottawa in 1987, and started a family, raising two children, Josh and Taylor.  Once her children were in school full-time, Cindy returned to work part-time and then eventually full-time in a long-term care facility as the Executive Assistant for over 8 years.  Craving a new experience, Cindy joined the Church as the Office Coordinator in January 2019.  Cindy volunteers once a week at the Ottawa Humane Society's office, assisting in the monthly gifts department.

Cindy's two children have left the nest and she currently lives with her dog, Champ.  She enjoys camping, biking, gardening, hiking and reading.
