 We are living in times when so much of our living is out of our control,  and where the constantly changing pandemic requirements and impacts have depleted us all.      Never before has the Serenity prayer spoken so deeply to me.    “May I have the serenity to accept the things I  cannot change, and the courage to change the things I can, and the wisdom to know the difference.”      

One thing  that we CAN do is learn some self-care practices for self-care of our energy systems.    These are simple techniques (some from Healing Pathway) that anyone can learn – even kids.

 When:  Each Friday at 11:00 a.m. for 20 minutes to ½ hour, beginning Jan 22nd  

Where:   On Zoom (where else) register with for any or all of these sessions and I will send you a Zoom link.   

What’s involved? Each week Pat Mayberry will offer us the gift of one of her songs to lift the spirits. There will be a brief teaching and I will  introduce a short energy based technique. As we progress through the weeks you may choose to practice techniques individually or in combination, depending on what works for you, your schedule etc.   

Some of the practices to help you get through will be: full body balance on the self, a spiral meditation on self, Breath Prayer Grounding/Coming into Presence Donna Eden energy exercises that can lift the Spirit and enhance the flow of energy in the body.   Simple meditation.   

This will continue for 6 weeks as we begin.  Come to one or to all.  Leave after the teaching and practice, or stay for a short discussion if you wish.
