Please join the Journey 2 Adulthood (J2A) youth group, their leaders and families for a casual and delicious barbecue supper at the church on Saturday, May 31st. This meal is a fundraiser for the J2A pilgrimage, a big milestone in First United's youth program. Donate what you choose by cash or cheque (at the event) or by e-transfer to treasurer@
The menu is inspired by this year's pilgrimage destination of Calgary, Alberta, and includes:
- Beef burgers (vegetarian and gluten free options available)
- Salads
- Chips
- Ice cream treats
Supper will be served from 5:30 to 7:00pm and the J2A youth will make a short presentation about their upcoming pilgrimage. Around 7:00pm, line dancing lessons will be provided by an instructor. No previous experience required!
